Robert J Elliott
Chairman and Managing Director
Bachelor of Business, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Certified Practising Accountant. 

Robert is one of the founding directors of Rivwest Finance and acts as Chairman of the Board, and Managing Director. Robert is responsible for managing relationships with our regulators, prospectus formulation, accounting and tax matters, financial control, and business development. As Chairman of the Board of Directors Robert drives business strategy, corporate governance and policy decision making and oversees and seeks resolutions for issues that arise in the everyday running of the business.

He was previously a director of Darcy Kennedy Pty Limited, Kee Financial Services Pty Limited (superannuation and investment consultants), and Jamac Business Software Pty Limited, all based in Dubbo.  Prior to this he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand (Wagga Wagga) and partner of S C Sadlier & Associates, Accountants of Wagga Wagga.

Johnathon B O’Sullivan
Director and Business Development Manager
Diploma of Financial Services, ANZIIF Fellow Certified Investment Professional, Cert IV in General Insurance, Bachelor of Arts.

Johnathon joined Rivwest Finance Limited at the beginning of 2015 and serves as Director and Business Development Manager. As Business Development Manager his charter is to provide tailored lending solutions for his ever-expanding client base. As a member of the Board of Directors Johno provides strategic vision, business planning, policy and media strategy for the company.

He has over twenty years’ experience in financial services and has held various senior management positions in banking, finance, financial planning and insurance. Johnathon started his career with Colonial State Bank and then owned and operated various Elders Insurance, Elders Financial Planning and Elders Home Loans franchises before joining Rivwest. Johno also has various other entrepreneurial pursuits which continually strengthens his wealth of business knowledge.

Susan J Crawford
Chief Executive Officer
Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management), Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Susan is the current CEO of Rivwest Finance Limited. She commenced with Rivwest in 1999 and became a director shortly after. As CEO, Susan oversees day to day running of the business. As a member of the Board of Directors, she is responsible for providing the business with strategic direction, business planning, corporate management, and policy decision making, and oversees and seeks resolutions for issues that arise in the everyday running of the business.

Susan was previously employed with Peter Moraghan & Associates, Finance Brokers.  She gained 18 years’ experience with Rural Bank in financial products, including management of loan portfolios and has an unassailable understanding of the credit industry.

Stuart Morrow
Finance Manager

Stuart joined Rivwest January 2017. He assists clients with a wide range of finance requirements. Stuart loves being a broker, as it give our clients many more lending options to choose from. He is very mobile, and willing to travel to our clients in surrounding centres or on farm. Prior to joining Rivwest Stuart was a career banker, having been employed by Suncorp/NAB/Elders Rural Bank and Colonial State Bank for 35 years.

His previous roles at these banks was predominately as an Agribusiness Manager. He has also had experience in Business Banking and also management as the NSW State Banking Manager with Elders Rural Bank.

Vicki Hollis
Senior Loans Officer

Vicki began with Rivwest 2000. Vicki is responsible for mortgage lending origination and equipment finance assessment and documentation. She is an MFAA Credit Adviser, a Reverse Mortgage Consultant with SEQUAL and holds a Diploma of Finance Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking Management).

Vicki takes great satisfaction in helping clients achieve the dream of buying a house to make a home. Prior to joining Rivwest, she was employed with ANZ for 23 years at the Port Macquarie and then Dubbo branches.

Leanne Dickson
Senior Administration

Leanne commenced with Rivwest Finance Limited in 1999. Leanne looks after the day to day processing of transactions from the bank Statements, bank reconciliation, repayment action on repaid loans, month end balancing, factoring, typing and setting up of loan contracts as needed; along with monthly statistics for board meetings and payroll. Leanne also works with Dianne on Debentures, processing interest payments, rollovers, reporting to the ATO. Leanne has completed certificates IV in Accounting and IV in Bookkeeping through TAFE.

Prior to joining Rivwest, she had been employed by the State Bank for over 17 years, beginning in her home town of Mudgee.

Dianne Cooper
Senior Administration, Receptionist/Customer Service

Dianne commenced working with Rivwest Finance Limited in 2001. She is an experienced member of the team and is responsible for Debenture Investments, managing reception, coordinating events, and general administration. Importantly, Dianne is the first point of contact for our customers, so her extensive knowledge of the business makes her a very helpful contact point. Dianne enjoys meeting and greeting our clients, some of whom have been with us since day one, and are very much “at home” when coming into our office.

Prior to commencing with Rivwest, Dianne enjoyed a long career with ANZ.

Fiona Lee
Executive Assistant

Fiona commenced employment with Rivwest Finance Limited in 2016. Her current duties at Rivwest include compliance, marketing, loans administration and executive support to Senior Management.

Prior to this, Fiona was employed by Macquarie Bank for 7 years, most recently in Retail Equity Capital Markets space as a Deal Flow Manager, based in Sydney. Fiona holds a double degree in Business and Arts.
