Bob is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant and was a principal in public accountancy practices in both Wagga Wagga and Dubbo between 1976 and 2000. Together with Michael Graham and Daniel Donebus he founded Rivwest Finance Ltd in 1996, and ceased all public accountancy interests to commence full time with Rivwest in 2000.
Bob was Managing Director of the company from inception to 1st April, 2022 and Chairman of the Board of Directors until 30th July, 2020.
His regular duties include company secretarial matters and compliance and reporting with Trustee, ASIC, and Bankers; prospectus formulation and registration; accounting and taxation matters; business development; financial control, research and budgeting for Board submissions and recommendations as well as Corporate governance matters.
Bob and his wife, Maria, have recently sold their farm and moved to Dubbo where they are closer to their twenty two grandchildren. Bob is a founder and life member of Dubbo Junior Rugby Club, and is pursuing his interests in classic car restorations and aviculture.
